    • CONFIRMS THAT IT HAS RECEIVED A PROPOSAL FROM IPH LIMITED
    • NOTES THAT ITS PROPOSED MERGER WITH QANTM INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LIMITED (QANTM) REMAINS ON FOOT
    • SAYS IS CURRENTLY REVIEWING THE IPH PROPOSAL
