It does not take a rocket scientist to understand that the offer to raise $7.04 mln is not pitched towards the investors that were conned by this mob.

For raising $7 mln, they are diluting 1.7 billion shares. Only the top share holders collectively have that many shares so it was never pitched towards the hard working people. Even if you own 1, 2 or 10 million shares, it hardly makes any difference.

The top holders will take up that offer for a song, QMN will be heavily diluted and at some stage an announcement will be made about a take over. Not yet, this is when copper takes off and the market stabilises that's when the greedy bunch will make their move.

Its all smokes and mirrors. We can only hope that one day they will pay for what they have done to the hard working people. Unfortunately, that will still not bring back the losses we have made by trusting and voting for them.
