March 18 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1000 GMT on Friday:
** Myanmar's junta has given the final approval for the sale of Norwegian telecommunications company Telenor's TEL.OL operations in the country to a local company and a Lebanese investment firm, the firm said.
** Nordea Bank NDAFI.HE said it would buy Topdanmark's TOP.CO life and pension business, Topdanmark Life, for around 270 million euros ($299.4 million), as the lender seeks to expand its exposure to the Danish market.
** Australia's competition watchdog said it will not pursue any action at this stage on logistics firm Qube Holdings' (QUB) acquisition of a bulk grain terminal at the Port of Newcastle in New South Wales, but would remain vigilant on its impact on the industry.
** Brazilian mall operator BR Malls BRML3.SA rejected a new offer to combine with rival Aliansce Sonae ALSO3.SA , the company said on Thursday.
