How far will that go on trucks and diggers to fill them?
If they are going to use the existing rail network, how much will it cost to have suitable rolling stock available and are they talking the sugar cane system? That wont handle the weight.
Have they got suitable stockpiling and loading facilities at port? I doubt it so that will cost. The ships wont hang around waiting for a thousand dump truck loads to be backed up and tipped down the hatch!
The reason the awaited reports are so late extending the trading suspension is that they aren't suitable for release. A month mucking around with this and we are supposed to believe they can be producing in a year?!?!
