Movie DVD rental and streaming company Quickflix Limited (ASX:QFX) says it will be shortly launching its streaming service for Google Chromecast.
The company expects to be one of the first subscription movie and TV streaming services available on Chromecast in Australia.
Over the coming weeks Quickflix expects to unveil new enabled Android and iOS apps to make the most of Google Chromecast.
The news comes one day after Quickflix said it will be teaming up with electronic retailer Dick Smith Holdings Limited (ASX:DSH) for a new marketing partnership.
Last week Quickflix launched movie and TV streaming services on Xbox One and announced an online marketing deal with Eagle Boys Pizza last month.
Quickflix booked a net loss of $4.2 million in the first half of the 2014 financial year.
