I have been saying this for a long time management and board are not up to scratch.
They believe most investors are like the three blind mice.
Gave everyone a tip re SGL Carbon hope they noted who controls the company, if not, its BMW, Volkswagen and Susanne Klatten, the lady also is a major shareholder in BMW with her brother.
Forgot to mention the Japanese Toray and their relationship with Daimler/Mercedes.
Now we have Audi, to QHL the German spy!
Management have no idea, just blind ignorance or believe that their investors are fools that believe in Fairy Tales.
