    • WAM LEADERS AND QV EQUITIES SET TO MERGE
    • PROPOSED THAT WAM LEADERS WILL ACQUIRE 100% OF SHARES IN QVE THROUGH A SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT
    • CASH CONSIDERATION WOULD BE A$1.02 PER QVE SHARE
    • QVE SHAREHOLDERS TO RECEIVE 0.7609 NEW WAM LEADERS SHARES FOR EACH CO SHARE HELD UNDER PROPOSED TRANSACTION
