Also RE Jefferies - I haven't looked into it but I wonder if their volume is in relation to establishing the Nasdaq ADRs ? ...
Or whether it is genuine interest from retail / insto investors .... ?
ADRs require that a a US depository bank holds, in this instance it's 100 RAD shares per RADX ADR prior to the issuing of each RADX... which would require the shares to be acquired somehow at some stage prior to the listing of the ADRs .. now if you knew there was a forced buyer and you had plenty to sell .... hmmmmmm ...
(Jefferies have been fined for dubious practices around ADRs in the past)
