Entry into schools the single biggest barrier, just such closed ecosystems. VET gets them in the door. Not to mention the diversification of revenue, increase margins and growth ability with the possibility of becoming almost a one-stop-shop for schools with VET (I don't believe there are many other large players). Increase margins, diversify the business, and gain traction with the platform.
It's just such a good strategy. Still cash to buy another without much drama either. This one looked standard enough until I saw this line "Contracted provider for all VET Applied Language, Small Business, Music Industry and Fashion programs in the Catholic sector".
Imagine how sticky a customer a school is which uses RCL for Music, Languages and direct curriculum ebooks.
