    Feb 1 (Reuters) - Redflex Holdings Ltd (RDF) :

    • Chicago investigation update (RDF)
    • Says the company is cooperating with the afp and is assisting them with their investigation
    • Company understands that the afp is focussing on conduct which took place between about 2002 and 2012
    • Says company does not intend to make any further announcements about the investigation
    • Aware that Australian federal police commenced an investigation conduct of Australian former employees relating to co's former contract with city of Chicago
