    It's just a discounting of the bid price to make it worthwhile for the buyer to hold till completion of sale which is still months away. You sell now at 5-10% discount or wait to settlement for full amount. I believe the bid is binding, unconditional and supported by the major shareholders and the board, so it should go through.
