Thanks! Not really a complete surprise tho. With such a large % owned by private equity a trade sale was always how I thought this would end. I think we would have got there a lot sooner except for the legislative changes in Texas that stripped 17% (by memory) of revenue and stalled growth for 12months. Then Covid of course.
