I know you have reservations about the forfeiture issue, but I cant imagine the Ellison's would have gone ahead with this deal if there was a chance of unfavorable outcome for MR/RDG. That would be an embarrassment. I for one, am happy to have to might of MR fighting the case and now as key player/partner in RDG.
Other projects will follow.
All IMO, but i'm much happier now than 6 months ago...the price will slowly inch north IMO.
