A stroke of genius, 2 million to fund RDM if prudently used alot of that money will go into the ground. Management have been great at preserving shareholder value to date,especially in regard to dilution. Don't expect anything to change...
Only possible negative is sometimes these JV don't rerate market caps to % value of the JV. Look no further than the ADN/MEP situation.
