Guys, so the timeline for the spin out has not been finalized? We wont receive any free shares in MMA but we will have the right to take part in the CR? You just need to be a shareholders of RDM before a record date (unspecified) to buy MMA shares? Does it depend on how much RDM shares you own? Sorry for too many questions because I could not find the answer in the announcement.
