    Well hang on a minute this was intended to be only back-of-envelope stuff. It was simply a GUIDE - got that??? It was never meant to be the definitive valuation that you are banging on about.
    To be perfectly frank its naive in the extreme (if not plain stupid) to expect such full in depth analysis as you suggest for free on an online chat site.
