Dec 23 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1050 GMT on Friday:
** Sweden's Ferronordic FNMA.ST , which sells and services construction equipment and trucks, said it had divested its Russian business in a deal worth 1.32 billion Swedish crowns ($126.08 million).
** Spanish retailer DIA DIDA.MC said it agreed to sell perfume store chain Clarel to C2 Private Capital for around 60 million euros ($64 million), including 10 million of net debt.
** French bank Credit Agricole CAGR.PA struck a long-term bancassurance partnership with Italy's Banco BPM (BBPM) BAMI.MI and bought some of its assets, strengthening ties with a lender in which it is already the top shareholder.
** Japan's Cosmo Energy Holdings Co Ltd 5021.T said it has signed a new agreement with Qatar Energy to continue its operation in the Al-Karkara and A-Structures oil fields, which came into effect after the expiry of the current contract this month.
** Singapore's commodity trader Olam Group OLAG.SI said it had completed the sale of a 35.43% stake in its unit Olam Agri to Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Co (SALIC) for $1.24 billion.
** The preferred bidder for Toshiba Corp 6502.T is finalising 1.4 trillion yen ($10.6 billion) in financing from Japanese lenders to fund its acquisition, according to two sources, a deal that would see one of the country's best known conglomerates taken private.
** Norwegian offshore driller Seadrill Ltd SDRL.OL has entered into an agreementto buy Aquadrill LLC in an all-stock deal that values the British firm at $958 million, the companies said.
** Pacific Equity Partners has pulled the plug on a deal to acquire Australia's ReadyTech Holdings (RDY) , just a day after the private-equity firm withdrew its offer for the tech company to work on a new one.
** Australia's Santos (STO) said it had agreed to extendthe exclusivity period until April next year for Kumul Petroleum's deal to buy a 5% stake in PNG liquefied natural gas project from Santos.
** ForgeRock Inc FORG.N said on Thursday it had received notice from the U.S. Department of Justice demanding more information related to private equity firm Thoma Bravo's $2.3 billion buyout deal.
** Cryptocurrency firm Bullish and Far Peak Acquisition Corp FPAC.N said on Thursday they had called offtheir $9 billion merger, making it the latest blank-check deal to fall through as the industry comes under increasing regulatory scrutiny.
** Mersana Therapeutics Inc MRSN.O said on Thursday it had signed a dealfor developing cancer drugs with Germany's Merck KGaA MRCG.DE that has the potential to generate up to $800 million in milestone payments.
