re: over valued Dividend sustainability (and hence yield) will over the long term govern the SP as much as anything. Look at Hills. Always trades on a reasonably high PE but realistically supported by the dividend yield (ie. same as WES pays out all its earnings). WES, however, currently has no need for the dividend re-investment plan to afford this, unlike Hills.
As for WES in the mid-20s, unless there is much more negative info in the market than now I will sell my house and buy as many as possible. OK, not the house, wife won't allow that. But I will by some. I think current SP is reasonable value (although haven;t bought any). If it reaches the $31 odd as per that broker then I will definitely buy a handful.
