My understanding is that property listings on realestate.com.au are low - everyone in Sydney + Melbourne hanging on to their properties while values skyrocket!
Just wait until interest rates go up... REA glory days will be back.
I don't think just investment properties make up enough... need interest rates to go up for both groups (homeowner and investors) to get volumes back on the websites.
