    Looking past the the theories and I have a few myself regarding the directors, the chart was due for a breakout and we got one with sugar on top today. My ST target 15c but remain cautious.

    Whether it breaks 15c is up to the timing of the pending announcements re-applications/scoping study and positive sentiment from traders.
