Software and accounting company Reckon Limited (ASX:RKN) has purchased a 30 per cent stake in a new Australian business called Connect2Field Holdings Pty Ltd for $660,000.
Connect2field develops and markets a cloud-based job management and scheduling application for small to medium sized businesses.
The application provides another add-on for the Reckon customer base.
In the first half of the 2012 financial year, Reckon reported a net profit of $16.7 million.
