Reclaim Industries (ASX:RCM) has been granted an ASX trading halt in relation to a capital raising.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the start of trade on Tuesday, 27th January 2015.
The company is in the process of acquiring Rision Pty Ltd, formerly Skills Connect Pty Ltd.
Rision provides a secure cloud based business solution for the engagement and management of multi-sourced labour.
