    Red Gum Resources (ASX:RGX) will announce details of a "material acquisition" when it comes out of a trading halt by Wednesday, 2 July 2014.

    This is likely to be in the travel business aggregation, given recent agreements to acquire Asia Escape Holidays and Western Australian based Holiday Planet Pty Ltd.

    It continues the shift out of the resources sector for many junior companies.
