Assuming A$300m all in development costs for the new KOTH plant and a refurbishment of Darlot equals a one year payback, then a PE of 5 would result in a MC of $A1500m and a PE of 10 $A3000m ?? Now that RED's management have de-risked the business with a timely CR, the KOTH plant construction should begin late 2020, be complete by mid 2021 and RED should be 300k oz producer by mid 2022 ??
So, why is it so difficult to accept that 18c SP is a gross undervaluation, and all holders will do very nicely by years end ??
RED looks attractive as a stand alone, and looks very attractive as part of a very well funded larger entity thats rich with cash & quality resources.
The current POG strength is both a cause for satisfaction and concern by gold mine investors. The POG is a measure of fear and desperation, and if the market implodes, gold shares will suffer. In previous sharemarket crashes, the average person was directly affected because few were directly or indirectly invested in the sharemarket - now everybody is through their super or personal accounts. This time it's different.
Renters of all persuasions are being forced to consider selling some super assets to pay rent etc (as they should - the idea of being allowed taking a lend of a land lord while leaving intact personal saving is ridiculous) ... often the most liquid stocks and the best quality ones are those being sold down .... I hope that the Fed holds it together so as to allow the election of 2020 not to resemble that of 1932 in the IOUSA .... Bernie Sanders the new FDR ? RED SP will be 60c+ by years end .... probably, but very unlikely not to be far above 18c. Keep safe .... distance yourself from foolish opinions.

If 18c is a gross undervaluation like you said you have admitted that shareholders have been f*cked over.

Many many mine closures happening in multiple jurisdictions overseas. Be careful with producers. Australia may get lucky with this, Im not sure.
