March 7 (Reuters) - Regis Healthcare Ltd (REG) :
- Acquisition of aged care portfolio from Masonic Care Qld (REG)
- Deal for for a net acquisition price of $163M
- Acquisition is expected to be earnings accretive in FY 2017
- Says the transaction will be funded from cash reserves and existing debt
facilities
- Transaction is anticipated to have a positive impact on FY 2017 results, in
range of $10M-$12M EBITDA and $1M-$2M NPAT
- Regis expects to commit an estimated $5M capital expenditure to the portfolio
acquired during FY 2017
- Due to one off transaction costs will be reduction in FY 2016 EBITDA of
$13M-$15M and NPAT of $9M- $10.5M
