Regeneus Limited (ASX:RGS) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX as it prepares an announcement in relation to a potential capital raising.
The company said that a series of presentations will be made to potential investors in the capital raising – once finalised the results will be announced.
Regeneus is a regenerative medicine company that develops and commercialises cell therapies for humans and animals.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Friday 8th August 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
