Thanks, gttrain. Yes, over 1 year, it has been an upward trend, with lots of volatility, over one year. And yes,it was $9 mid-2012- a strong rise since. It does have a massive PE/r, but so does SUL/Super retail Group, which had a similar downgrade/disappointment. So I guess the PE/R's in the sector are high in general.
The falling AUD is a big concern for TRS. AUD now @ 97.6c.
Lots more to come with this one. I see that it has been taking up locations from a company that went into VA- a good move there. And it may exit shopping centres- rents too high. Perhaps another good move there.
Maybe you are right with the $10 share price target over a period of time, but today's ANN is really a small variation on results. Meanwhile, "Stock may fall further" says the AFR (link for members or take a free trial to the AFR):
