Crazy sell down. A loss of 25% of market cap, but here is the reality:
"We expect full year NPAT, inclusive of opening costs, to be between $17m and $18m, compared to $19.5 million for the previous full year (which included an insurance recovery of $2.0m relating to a prior period)."

Ok, so TRS is making say $17.5m profit, compared to $19.5m profit last year, BUT that period included an insurance payout. So they are really making the same profit for their business, excluding the insurance pay out!
Silly markets.
