Note the: 'Like other STATE OWNED COMPANIES"?

That clarifies beyong any (reasonable?) doubt, that Petrobras IS STATE OWNED AND NOT INDEPENDENT.

Now, IF (hopefully not) the Farminee happens to be Petrobras, Jurgen should come clean and explain WHY did he misled shareholders and the ASX by clearly stating the new Artemis partner is an INDEPENDENT Major International company.
