The more I think about the share issue, the more i think it stinks. Surely the bit about getting paid the money regardless of shareholder approval is wrong. Am I missing something? They get paid the equivalent amount of the salary cut if shareholders don't approve the share issue. Thats the same as getting paid, net result, same amount of money coming out of the coffers regardless. Unreal.

If we do approve, after an egm in amsterdam, then they get 20% of salary paid in shares @1.20, which by the way are sellable at a nice little profit, thanks very much. Might have had a bit more back bone had they issue the shares at $4.
