crikey you guys are hard to please.

these guys are about to deliver in key segments and yes they are not taking a paycut but aligning themselves more and more with share holders - personally i would like to see upside for management, especially getting us to nasdaq.

we know TZL is not going to be in the top quartile for share holder ethics and compliance but i don't give a sh9t. also please realise that tzl may get cash flow positive 3 or 4th quarter so its not even a years salary - its a show of faith in the company but the doomsdayers cannot read between the lines.

the share price has only moved up recently and on today news the share price did not move up, and when the announcements come, then it will probably not move up - its equivalent to management going into their bank accounts, so they should get a reasonable discount.

not happy sell the shares!
