Very disappointing perspective and as already mentioned: To bring the bad news without showing the (maybe) good news is just not state of the art (and somehow unfair towards the shareholders here)...any further dilution is bad news.
...and they did already know at the inauguration the 19 January that something was in the bush. It is rather obvious that they wanted to combine the good news (official inauguration) with the rather bad news (budget)...unfortunately the effect was zero.
I hope that this will be corrected in one or the other way in the next few weeks. Somehow I have a strange feeling in regard of the Perkoa expansion plan. Can the economics really be enhanced ?
