Cambodian focussed Renaissance Minerals (ASX:RNS) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending details of a material capital raising.
The company had just under $1.6 million in cash at the end of the June 2015.
Renaissance wholly-owns the Okvau deposit, which has a potential open pittable 830,000 gold ounces.
Economics are impressive with forecast AISC of US$611/oz over an initial 5 year production (US$735/oz LOM).
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 17th August 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
