Brokers have always mispriced BBG.....any long term holders will remember that all the brokers got caught with their pants down when BBG initially dived from $7 to $5....then from $5 to $3.....as all broker then had much higher price targets...
to me its an issue of trust......inept management in the past have whittled away any trust brokers/analysts have in bbg adn this new team will need to deliver some good results before this trust is rebuilt....
