Such is the stuff that class actions are made of.

Larkin needs to respond to this. Senior employee compensation would appear to be an area of significant interest to the banks. I would have thought that '08 bonus payments would be significantly under the gun, in terms of actual results.

Maybe some good will come of this showdown with the banks.
