Here we have a company that has clearly been abused by certain directors and members of the senior management team.

- bad deals, badly timed
- failure to recognise the changing winds in global finance
- culture of greed, with valid information suppressed in favour of illusions to attract bonus'

Fact is, we more or less knew this was the past.

What is galling is that, it seems, it is also part of the present!

We should be damned sure it is not part of the future.

- there should be NO bonus payments to anyone while the company is in critical care
- we need a new company culture - BNB cannot remain a "turkey farm" - fire some of the greedy buggers to encourage the others

WE NEED A FRESH ASSURANCE FROM THE BOARD THAT THEY ARE WORKING TO SALVAGE VALUE FOR THE OWNERS. No, there are not there to lick the last bits of gravy from the trough - they are there to salvage something for the equity/debt holders.
