From a project perspective and milestones, that is true - and it has been largely acknowledged by the company. I think it is a contributory factor to them backing off significantly in terms of presenting hard targets that can and have been nefariously used against them. But in terms of ongoing financing and finding solutions in that regard, they have done OK. As others have noted, it appears many of the big players are well and truly staying the course. That is a big ask though - whether Capital, SMSF or M&D, many can't or won't. In any case, management are committed to seeing things out. The obvious should also be pointed out - there is no substation to connect to yet.
