    June 29 (Reuters) - Regal Resources Ltd (RER) :

    • Has been served with a statement of claim by Eucalyptus Gold Mines Pty Ltd
    • EGM's claim is for damages for breach of contract in respect of a royalty on

      all gold recovered from the relevant tenement

    • Says EGM has not specified the quantum of the claim
