I did read in the minutes that part of the South African venture are going through a liquidation process and Nichols McGrath don't have any say in that area but would like the South African parties to talk to them directly as well.
It did appear to the administrators that RES may have been trading whilst insolvent so not sure if that changes things as we all know they were having cashflow issues.
I did notice that it was alleged that directors were behaving inappropriately but the administrators found no evidence of this so if those holders who have posted they have evidence could shed some more light on this that would be great.
This will be a long process and I hope Nichols McGrath can work some magic to at least justify their huge remuneration.
