From my understanding, there are several parties attempting to restructure this project in a way that may satisfy all interested parties.

Class action and personal claims, although ready to go, have been put on hold to allow presentation of the proposal and ensure we retain the listing.

We should receive the proposal in the coming week or so. Notably, we will be provided the opportunity to vote.
