I'm not sure what the next steps are but I did some quick research into possible outcomes and came across the below link

Unfortunately the company (asx code: ims) is not trading yet but it might be a reference point for what can happen with us. It seems as though the companies shares are to be transferred to bennelong or a shell company and then relisted; obviously at a large loss for existing shareholders.
Not sure if I'm on the right path here but interested to hear others views.
