As a thought, if Noble, PIC, and Altius (via Shinto Torii) are involved in the funding, does that constitute a conflict of interest and potentially exclude them from voting?

If this is the case, I would imagine the terms of a funding package would need to be favourable, or at least palatable to the remaining shareholders?
