Based of Nozza's link above it looks like the plant was developed specifcally for Nickel Laterite deposits which sit adjacent to the plant, though the owners as of the report above have only identified 122,xxx Contained Ni and 5,xxx Contained Co.
Hopefully more light will be shed on this in the PFS
