I note that SK has an option to buy up to 19.99% of AUZ at 12c "per share at the date of this announcement." So we should expect them to exercise this option immediately. If SK do not take the 20%, it may send shocks through the AUZ holders. Closing at 11.5c is still strong, but things are still uncertain. I am hoping that SK follow through, otherwise, it could make the whole sector look a little vulnerable.
