But it could also be butt covering, as it would be an extreme embarrassment to have sold of a high value mine that is now being courted by an international heavyweight. Every company is good at rationalising bad decisions. Even Heron now claim that Ardea was their way of giving back to patient shareholders. Unfortunately boards are often comprised of stupid people with no vision. I am confident with a Board that has serious skin in the game. Apart from Ian, Heron's board were not so heavily committed.
