These are very serious allegations. I thought that someone was going to approach the BOD about this. Is there any way that the Board could say something about this without spooking the shareholders. It's a shame if management can't defend his reputation, or explain why shareholders should not be concerned by his history. I don't personally know anything about him, but the concerns raised need to be addressed in some way.
