Surprised this hasn't run further. The combo of announcements is effectively as close as a notification of a forthcoming acquisition as one can get.

A. Confirms an acquisition is coming
B . Confirms that this shell will be the next in line for Cicero/Walker
C . As @forrestfield has mentioned, they will likely have the same success as with the other RTOs they were involved with - VTX, NXR, ZIP. I don't think we'll see a DMY brick laying robot here or some bogus social media tech.
D. Means they possibly have a company earmarked, who they are negotiating with.

With Walker having a massive 90m shares in RSL, as FF has mentioned - this should be something special.

I would like to see a quality US West Coast tech.
