Jetstar and Qantas are allowed to collude. They have common ownership and are treated as a controlled entity by the ACCC. Why has REX not argued market manipulation against Qantas? They have and the ACCC looked at it and said nothing to see - Qantas had the aircraft, the people and were making a cash profit on the flights so nothing wrong.
