good point, if rates did rise say 3% , i think RFF would be wiser to cut the divvy say by half for a yr, and raise rents, rather than selling assets, unless they get top dollar for them
how high would the RBA cash rate have to get for RFF to actually be in trouble of default? 8% 10% rba rate?
