watched the latest presentation from the website, gearing is now 37%, still fairly high, if rates go up more its not gonna be good, they will have to sell more assets to bring gearing down, and david bryant said the divvy will stay at 11.7c for another year or two, so flat ill be a buyer if it drops back to 1.90 or less.
